Prices and Frequently Asked Questions

Booking appointments
There are no complicated forms to complete. Simply contact me by email on Viviek@talktalk.net or telephone on 0191 373 5594 and we can arrange a mutually convenient time to get together and discuss whether Counselling is right for you.

Prices
The first session is at a reduced rate of £30.00. Thereafter each 50 minute session costs £40.00 each. This cost is the same for either single adults, couples or children.

How many sessions will I need?
That very much depends on your needs and how you feel about issues you may have. For some people only a few sessions are required to provide the focus needed to move on. For others a longer-term relationship is right where continuous support and encouragement is more appropriate. Ultimately it is up to you to decide what is right for you, however it is helpful for us to decide a mutually agreeable close date.


Are sessions weekly or more or less regular?
Sessions are usually weekly as that gives both of us the time to work on what we have discussed. However the frequency is something we can discuss when we meet for the first time.

What area do you cover?
As clients need to travel to Bearpark, it is very much up to you as I am happy to counsel anyone for any area. Specifically for counselling in durham, counselling in Chester le Street and counselling in Sunderland, I am well placed for ease of travel.
